I bought a new phone last week and I've been testing some racing games since then.
I've already played Real Racing 3, CSR 2, Asphalt 8, Carx Drift Racing, Assoluto Racing and Need for Speed No Limits, but the one I liked the most was Gear Club. Doesn't have that ton of freemium limitations and looks like Test Drive Unlimited 2.
So I wanted to know what you people play in your phones and some good recommendations. :gtpflag:

Currently CarX Drift Racing and Assoluto Racing, both of which I would recommend. Last month I reinstalled CSR Racing 2 to try out the new story but got bored of it again.

I haven't played Real Racing 3 and NFS No Limits for a long time but they did keep me occupied for a few months.

Carx Drift I didn't understand the controllers well. My drifts in the tutorial didn't last long, and I didn't know what I was doing wrong so I uninstalled it.
Assoluto Racing is a good game. Reminds me of Gran Turismo 3. But I wasn't able to finish one intermediate license test with gold, so I gave up. Yes, I'm wierd. :boggled:
CSR and NFS have many freemium limitations for me. Last time I played Real Racing 3 was actually 2 years ago, so I don't know the current state of it.

At the beginning of the game you are given the MX-5 with the default setup. Not too long after, you are able to install a drift setup which transforms the handling characteristics and making holding drifts much easier.

And yeah, one thing I love about Assoluto Racing is how it feels like an old school Gran Turismo game. It's a nicely presented game with an impressive physics engine but could do with more variety.

Ahhhhhhh I thought I was doing something wrong. Thanks, I'm gonna check it later. :)

So I reinstalled Carx Drift Racing and you were right, @FT-1: the car is much better to drift after you install the Drift configuration. Thanks for the tip 👍

Only 2 I really play now are Motorsport Manager and Crash Bandits (only recently started playing this again). Both are incredible.

Crash Bandits is my favourite of the two, since it mostly evolves getting into police chases to earn ratings for being on the news (or something like that). You then get cash to buy and upgrade new cars. Even has some licensed content like the Spyker C8 Aileron, Hennessey Venom GT & the A-Team Van (and theme song). There's also races you can do to earn more cash and golden versions of cars.

I think I've already played Crash Bandits, but I'm not sure. Will check it out later.
A friend of mine recommended me Motorsport Manager. Is it like Gran Turismo's B-Spec Mode, but more in-depth?

Kind of. You basically get a basic Formula car (basically F1) and use R&D to upgrade its performance and reliability, and upgrade facilities to improve your staff's skills (you can also hire and fire staff). You also need to hire drivers. You start out with pretty crap ones but their skills do improve with each season, but it is possible to replace them with new drivers, but if you fire them before their contract is up then you'll need to pay a fee (and may get some bad PR as a result). You also need to manage sponsors and keep up good relations with the press and the general public. You get loads of cash, but you need to spend it wisely.

Each race has qualifying and a full race (which can last as long as a real F1 race, but you can speed it up like in GT4) and you always spend each year in one full racing season going from national to worldwide series.

There's also a PC version with loads of extra features and better graphics but I've never had the chance to play it.

After some updates that f'ed up Gear.Club and CarX Drift Racing in my phone, I uninstalled them.
Now I'm playing CSR Racing 2, Assoluto Racing, Horizon Chase and Colin McRae Rally.
