Mobile theme?

I feel stupid for asking this, but is the mobile layout still available for the news page? I've always seen the option to turn it off and view the full site, but I've never clicked it as far as I can tell, but I have been on the full view for a few weeks now on my iPhone, and I'd like to get the mobile back. I tried to delete the cookies and clear the cache, but that didn't do it. Any suggestions?
