Rating question.
When I am in the Auction area I prefer the cars with the higher numerical ratings. So I buy them, then go to modify them, get the locked warning, proceed anyway and then I have to pay again for the parts that were already on my car.

Is there anyway to be able to modify the car parts without loosing all the parts that were added to the locked car when I purchased it?
