I'm not worried that i'm not a Moderator here.

I own 2 different forums, and am the Admin of them both. (Obviously, seen as i own them....)

thats ok its a case of an employer and employee being a boss its good to get on with your fellow co workers but sometimes you have to show who is the boss when things are going in the wrong direction and i might bring people back to reality and understand what there reponsablity is

Well, I could've use apostrophe but they take up too much time when it comes to typing.
And hey, who are you to say I cant spell? I'm old enough to be your grandpa! lol :lol: :lol: :D

I have become desenseitized to bad spelling and grammar because of these internet boards. I am starting to be afflicted in my papers as well. Thank God for spellcheck! :D
