Modifying Disney Pixar Cars PS2

Can you? Import cars, tracks, make your own etc. Add your own music that sort of thing. I can't seem to find any info on the subject. What about porting? I'd love to drive the other three tuned cars or the other Piston Cup cars, tractors etc.
