Yeah it's legit, it's basically an online raffle. People have been doing this online for years now, if not a decade or more. Each ticket will be £5 but the guy/company selling them will sell say 10,000 tickets, he's made £50,000 on the tickets then he gives away his "£30,000" car netting a tidy £20,000 profit.
the guy doesn't say how many tickets there are to be sold though, which raises an eyebrow on my face. He could just hold onto you money indefinitely and never do the draw because the number of tickets required to do the draw which isn't stated so it could be a lot more than 10,000, is never met. And even if it was, how would you know.
