Money Talks Time Trial Series | Starting 5/19

I am hosting a 12-week time trial series called "Money Talks." Each Sunday, I will open a lobby at around 1 PM EST, and a different car and track combo will be chosen each week. You will have a set number of laps to run, and the number of allotted laps will depend on the car/track combo. The money talks gimmick is, on a second leaderboard, people can also run a more expensive (and faster) car. The car classes will span a wide variety of car types, groups, and performance points, and most, if not all cars will be BoP'ed. The cars and tracks that will be run each week are announced about an hour before the lobby opens. I'm aiming for as close to an arrive and drive experience, and give people less time to practice and prepare.

I wanted to make a series with a low commitment; I know how difficult it is to gather a group of people all at the same time. I'll keep the lobby open essentially all day (8 hours minimum), so if you have a few minutes, stop by and run a few laps with us. Round 1 of Money Talks takes place at Lago Maggiore, specifically the West Reverse Circuit. Today's car selection includes the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34). If you have one in your collection, you can have a second run in the Nismo 400R. Both cars will be run with Sports Medium tires.

The lobby will open approximately 1 hour from now at 1 PM EST.

Every driver will get one out lap, then three flying laps for this combo. Once you leave the pits, no restarts or exiting to pits will be permitted. Penalties are disabled to stop inconvenient slowdowns, but there will be stewarding. If there is a queue of drivers waiting, the next driver may leave the pits at least 10 seconds after the current driver starts their final lap.
