what a jerk. Any repect i had for the man evaporated at the post race interview yesterday. The interviewer asked "what do you make of michaels race?".

The jerk answered something to the effect of "Well, i was into the first corner in 8th behind michael, and was on the outside of him for turn 2. Then he just threw his car at me, and i was like, he is being aggressive, so if he wants to race like that then its fine, i mean, he finished 9th or 8th, so, yeah, if he wants to drive like that then that is what he will get"

What a 🤬 🤬 🤬 idiot. Schumacher is aggressive, but that is no good. Montoya is aggressive on the side of dangerous. but that is ok? And, you never will hear schumacher making fun of another drivers poor race position.

All in all, a show a bad sportsmanship

i dunno why u'r so pissed.
it's just one race. who cares. ;)
i think a lot of ppl know who's the better of the 2 drivers just by looking at the respective resume.

Mike, our coverage cut away from the Press Conference before it got to Montoya, so I can't comment directly.

However, Montoya has always had a "**** you" style in press conferences, so it's not surprising to hear him saying something like that. He always speaks his mind, which is much more refreshing than some of the robotics you get.

I don't see how you can criticise other drivers for not complaining when Schuey nerfs them off (c.f. Shuey vs Alonso, Silverstone 2003. Alonso pushed onto the grass @190mph), and then criticise a driver for complaining of the same offence.

Turn 1 and Turn 2 of the Hungarian GP were pretty hairy, so it's likely that Montoya could have misinterpreted what was actually happening. Obviously this would not have looked good to you through your red-tinted glasses! :p

Heh, my point about montoya criticising schumie is that he criticises shumacher for agressive driving, yet he is quite happy to drive aggressively/dangerously himself. Hypocritical if you ask me.

Also he was a 'poor winner' putting down schuey for finishing 8th - michael would do the same if positions were reversed ;)
