Best thing to do, straight after getting a new car, is to do an oil change. Then after 200 miles or so, it will be fully run in, do another oil change, it will then be at its peak HP.

In addition to that, here's some basic info on the other services:

Engine Overhaul: +5000km (about 3107mi) <-- Car acts like it has 0 miles, & resets Engine break-in; also does Oil Change
Oil Change: every 200km (about 124mi)
Engine Break-in period: 300km (about 186mi)

If a car has some miles clocked in, like for example, a Jaguar E-Type having 15,000km, then you would do an Engine Overhaul.
