What I would love to do is drop a Ram, Silverado, Tundra or similar full (or even mini) truck and put some semi-knobby tires on them like the Nitto Trail Grapplers ( http://www.customautoonline.com/images/D/xd-series-rockstar-nitto-trail-grappler-1.jpg ), on like, 20"-24" wheels with deep lips, flared fenders (borderline baja), and either a full brush guard or a Westin Bull Bar ( http://www.purefjcruiser.com/images/322215.jpg ) for a really custom, one-off look. I like the idea of calling it a UAV for "Urban Assault Vehicle."
Besides, what could it hurt? So far the only two vehicles I've found to have parts in the "Other" section of "Custom Parts" are the 2013 Viper, which only changes the freaking exterior rear view mirrors, and then the Lancia Stratos which you can put rally lights on.
I wouldn't even mind putting Rally lights like those on the Subarus or the Evos or something similar to give it more of a powerful appearance. Giving us actually body kits would be nice too. If they can't, or won't, get the kits when even Juiced 2 had the widebody 350Z kit from Tokyo Drift, then something is wrong. They even let you switch out to different spoilers when other games would just give you the full kit and not think twice. You could choose what seats went in, which steering wheel, headlights, tail lights, hood and roof scoops. If memory serves right, even with the wide body.
Let us be more creative, and let us show you what your fans are capable of PD. I guarantee you won't regret it. Also, cut about 800 cars that no one drives.
