More penalty options in lobbies and custom races

Additional options on how to pay penalties would be welcome to the series. We should have, besides the present deceleration for a certain amount of time, options to pay penalties with drive-through / forced pit entry, Sport Mode's forced deceleration at certain track zones, time added to final race time, stop and go, or serving the penalty in a pit stop (before or after service).
