More Realistic Pitlane/stops

Allow us to do "splash and dash" stops for fuel only.

The ability to change only front or rear tires independently.

The option to drive into the pits on our own.

The ability to close and open pitlane and set "pit windows" online.

Hanging of pitboards over the pitwall as you go by.

Starting from pitlane.
