Most enjoyable driving in a NON-racing game?

I've been playing Watch Dogs Legion on PS5 in the newish 60fps mode and I find the driving to be a lot of fun. Infinitely better than GTA. The sports cars and even smaller commuter cars are snappy and a joy to driving through the tiny winding streets of London. What about you guys?

GTA 5 for me. Can easily spend hours driving around listening to my favourite station and not get bored.
