Motion Sim Noob

Hi guys, Im loving my Gamepod rig with my ps3, its great for GT5 and chilling with a sniper rifle in BF3 but I would really like to "jump ship" from PS3 to PC racing for a motion simulator. So what sort of costs would I be looking at, presuming I could modify the GTX to take motion. As I know nothing about motion system I presume to kick off im looking at high end pc, motion control unit and hydraulic system.

Anything else ive missed? Any info would be great, if im looking at unjustifiable amounts of cash then its a not starter, just imagine....

There are two solutions.

D-box
and
SimXperience

Both have pluses and minuses. With either I would also recommend looking at an Ultraforce simulations G seat to round out the sim.

I can get Dbox 4 actuator units used. Good luck.
