Moto Q or Blackjack II need help deciding

So my phone no longer works and I need a new one. I didn't have insurance. I've been doing a lot of research the last couple of days and came down to these two:

BlackJack II

Or Moto Q Global

I like them both but cant decide which is better. What are your opinions? The Moto Q also costs $50 more but I would be willing to spend that if it's better than the BJII.
 
Based solely on Consumer Reports, I say the BlackJack. The ratings are 65 (BJII, rated #1) and 61 (Q, rated #6) so it is essentially a wash, thus making price the almost tie breaker.
 
I'd say you're about even with this decision, so yeah, I guess its going to depend on the carrier.

...I'd assume you're on AT&T, and to that, I'm not sure what the best alternative would be. I'd be happy to spend the extra money on the iPhone, but thats because I'm a loser...
