Hello Everybody!

You guys already heard about the Motore Centrale R230?

Well, it's basicily just a Fiat 500 Abarth with major modifications!
Such as, 230HP Mid - Engine and RWD!
Costs: About 60.000€

Put you get a radical Fiat 500, that will probably annoy a lot of 350Z, weaker 911 and Cayman and M3's

Here's a test drive of this thing @ Monaco.

What do you guys think about such a car?
Personally, I already adore this car. It's just sooooo mean and wild. :D

"I'm a lambo really, promise" (Top gear road test of 500 Abarth) springs to mind, even more so now it actually seems to have gone completely bonkers!

Got to love Italians and their cars. Now if only they would make a Bravo Abarth!

I like how the curbing in certain portions from the F1 track are just a part of life there.

The car sounds pretty awesome. I'm just wondering how well it does with that tiny wheelbase.

OMG, this thing is just an overkill :D I still love it though, but i'd never buy one. Fiat 500 for a price of an used Maserati Quattroporte?!

Renault 5 Maxi, Clio V6 and now this. You can't fight an MR hot hatch, the coolness is inerent to it.

Wonder how it handles. Short wheelbase, mid-engine sounds like a recipe for brilliance.

Exactly... cars of this type have a track record of being fairly tricky to get balanced properly when it comes to high speed handling... for the most part they understeer, right up to the point they suddenly spin and try to kill you

Still a great idea 👍

Yeah, but you'll die with a huuuuge smile on your face.

I recall reading EVO's review on the Clio Renaultsport and the reviewer said that he spun out six times in a single week with the car. Quite frightening if you ask me.
