The lap record for the FIA version of this track (5.344 kilometers) is 1:41.376, set by Arthur Pic driving for DAMS in the 2012 Formula Renault 3.5 Series season.

The track was also designed by Herman Tilke, in comjunction with the British Foster + Partners Architect firm.
 
Yes, yes and yes is all I can say to that.
 
This track is a beast. Along with AMP, this is by far my favorite Tilke circuit.
