Is it just me, or does anyone else think that Motorland II from GT4 should come back with an upscaled version? Driving a slow car on R5s on it is a blast! Particularly the Blind Esses before the last corner.

What I mean is that it should be lengthened, and the track width widened to allow larger cars like the F1 to drive more properly. Probably to 4.8km or so.

It should be included with the small version too though.

I hope it is featured in GT5 (which I'm only 5% sure of) or a future GT6!

There is a Track wish list on these forums under GT5.
But I think the more tracks the better, just keep them as accurate to life.

There isn't much accuracy in a track that doesn't exist though.

I think he may have meant that it's a realistic (although fake) circuit...

Or he may have been confusing it with Motorland Aragon.

Either, I'm ok with fake tracks, as long as we don't see figure 8 ovals...

Oh yes, I mean to say it in general to all tracks. Fake ones should still have realistic turns and roads and what not.. while the real ones they need to be scaled 1:1 in every way

Ok, you meant they should resemble reality. Though I must say trial mountain has very little run off seperating the track from some very pointy rocks. Whatever, it's good enough.

I love Trial Mountain its one of my all time fave tracks in the GT series specially tearing down the hill and through the left/right turn onto the start/finish straight, it awesome!!!

I mean that the track should simply be scaled up to allow top-end cars to race there. And yes many courses on GT feature little to no runoff:ouch:, Trial Mountain particularly

No, if Motorland is included it shouldn't be scaled up for bigger cars. The fact it's a small tight track is exactley the reason it's so fun with the smaller, lesser powered cars. If you make the track bigger you make it like any other track for the smaller cars.

Wasn't it a go kart track to begin with? Anyway I'd love some kart tracks from the real circuits to be in. Most have them. Fuji has like a dozen separate tracks.

True, but I've always wanted to drive a fast car like the F1 around it. I always like driving fast cars around small tracks, but Motorland is just too small as it is.

Nevertheless, the small version should remain, just with the upscaled version. I like driving low-speed cars on the small version!

Do an online f1 race on small version with damage on basicaly a game of last man standing.

Dude, I think monaco (cote d'azure) might be better for that, especially with the way the F2007 handles... Don't get me wrong, I'd love it to be the template for future f1 games, but I think sensible players may hold back and wait for the risk takers (who'll naturally dominate for a while) to inevitably crash by putting down too much power and spinning.

I've got another good idea (or rather, modification of your idea). Nordschliefe last man standing... I mean, that's what I'm most looking forward to gt5 for.
