Motorstorm Apocalypse Demo Now Available

Just a heads-up that the Motorstorm Apocalypse demo is now available for download at the PSN store. Has anybody tried it?

Earlier this year the devs said they were adding FFB wheel support for the first time, can somebody please confirm to me the demo has it (as I'm between wheels at the moment).

As for my thoughts of the demo -
Pluses
- the game is visually stunning, especially in 3D
- chaos and carnage on the screen is just sublime;
- Cross-section of vehicles is good.
Minuses
- the soundtrack is meh;
- if you hate games with rubberbanding AI, this is not for you
- the "plot" is weak, but aren't they all.

i was not convincedby the demo, seemed to me something between motorstorm and split second.
But i think it was just the level that was not so appelling to me.
Probably a platinium buy
 
Yeah, the level was pretty crap.

Did you try it with a steering wheel?
 
No, i will try it on the weekend.

What do you mean, I have already downloaded it, played it, hated it, deleted it.
 
It's not on my PSN. Maybe it's only an European thing.

You're correct. The game is being released in Europe first, a month later in the States. If you're super-keen then just set-up a faux European PSN account.
 
it seems alright from videos imo. have to try it though.

Yep. Did too except for the 'hated' and 'deleted' part.

I don't hate it, I just don't like it. It's not worth downloading and installing it. Problem is that I wasn't able to delete it afterwards. I used the triangle button to get into the options of the game and there is no delete option.
