Mounting platform for G25 pedals (ideas)

Hi guys, currently my layout is as pictured below, problem I have is that the pedals are currently flat on the carpet and it just feels weird...too much like driving a truck

I'm looking for some ideas of a platform of some sort to mount it on, also what would be the ideal angle to mount them on when sitting in an office chair?

Thanks in advance...and sorry if its a stupid question, but I've gone through all the "cheap cockpit alternative" pages and cant seem to get any ideas

Just stack blocks under the end until you like the angle, then build a wedge that matches that angle. You probably only need 3 to 4 inches, you don't want them too steep.
