Move Focal Point

I searched the forum before posting, but couldn't find the answer to this question. I haven't taken a picture in photomode for probably a year and don't remember how to move the focal point in professional mode. It seems to always stay in the middle of the picture.

So, how do you move the focal point?
 
Make sure the focal point is in the center. After you establish it you can move the camera around and it will remain intact.
 
Or you can push square for a manual focal point. That's what I do when I want an off set focal point.
 
Yeah, I have it on manual mode and I want to move the focal point. So I can hold down the square button and I will be able to move the focal point around?
