Those aren't fake. That is a Panoz LMP01 and a Lola B98/10, both of which are real.

I knew that, by fake I meant the Vaillant and Leader liveries, as far as I remember there are some shape differences as well from the stock model.

The liveries are actually real as I remember them from the 2002 Le Mans race, which as it turns out was when the racing sequence of the film was shot.
