MP3 downloading question

Does anyone know how to download an MP3 file from a website to my actual computer?

Basically I want something like this:

http://www.blogsmart.com/audio/adwords-call1.mp3

to be downloaded as an MP3 file on my Mac.

Any tips?

EDIT: I see that I can download that straight from my post. Is there a way to do it so I don't have to keep posting stupid MP3 file addresses onto a forum?

Is this a really stupid question that has an obvious answer? I suspect it is.

Nevermind - Firefox just lets me save it. Not sure why Safari doesn't, but anyway, problem solved.
