First off, this not the Koenig who started the tuning company. This was my great-grandfather, who happened to have past away last Friday in Monte Carlo, Monaco. It's somewhat sad, b/c that was the Friday my cousin, Jake, planned to ask his girlfriend to marry him, and the Friday I planned to ask out a really good friend.

12:00 P.m.-I get a note telling me I have to go home.
12:20 P.m.-I get the news of my great-grandfather's death
Sat. 2:00 A.m.-I"m on a plane to Monaco.

That pretty much sums it up. IT was even worse b/c I got the note during lunch. Of course, living in Monaco requires money. However, a Will was not made. So I recieve no money, but I could care less. I've spent nearly a week there, and actually planned to go there during next week and the week after for Christmas.
Now I can't. Many of my family are still coping with the loss as am I.
So, if anyone just wanted to know for some crazy reason where I was, there's your answer.

Man that sucks to hear! Did he die of natural causes?
I have no clue of Monaco's healthcare.

I haven't been told the cause, but my guess is just old age. He got pnemonia which I have no clue on to spell, a few weeks ago, but that cleared up fast.
I think it was of just natural causes.
He was the 2nd oldest person to live that long. His father was 97.
Concendence, I guess.

Hope you are and your family are comforted by each other's presence. I hope he lived a good life. Great grand fathers are not usually around, so he must have been a very strong man to live such a great life. Sorry for your loss.
