Tought i`d make a thread to show you guys my rig, its a Playseat that i added a base and a armrest/shifterholder to.
The room is also used for movie nights..


My setup:

TV: LG 60" LCD 100hz 1080p

Audio: Harman Kardon vr135 6.1 reciver, XTZ monitor speakers, XTZ subwoofer (2x8"), Sinus buttkicker and a sub amp built in to the rig.

Consoles: Xbox 360, PS3.

Wheel: Fanatec GT2 with standard pedals (going to be replaced with CSP).

I`m gonna remove the old gearshift holder from the wheel..

Put a handle in the front..

And some wheels in the back for easy moving.
That piece of wood you see is going to be painted black (its the base for the buttkicker..).

Hi everyone! Thanks för the nice comments!
I've now been working on a higher gearstick with custom gearknob (thanks to Mayaman for tips and pics!).
A friend fabricated the stick in a lathe from a piece of aluminun and the gearknob is a nice aftermarket aluminum knob.

Its going to be sweet. I finished my rig and have pics of the gear lever setup. It feels great.

Your cave and rig looks sooooo god damn awsome!! I want triple screens to!
I think my gearstick is just a little bit shorter then yours and then theres some adjustment to it so i think it will be great!!

Also, i made a sign to tie it all together, will try to find a nice spot for it..

I think the hardest in racing is the breaking so a set of CSP could help... Hmm, means more smootching my wife! 👍

Been thinking about building a small dashboard to put in front of the gearshift, wanted to have some 52mm gauges in it just for the looks...
Any suggestions what to use, thinking of a clock and what else...?
The main reason for it is a fitting for my phone that was going to be built in, in the center of the dash..
