MSN Messenger winks question

Question: How can I download more winks for MSN Messenger? Apparently there's meant to be an option in the "My Winks" dialog, but, as you can see, there is no such thing.

I have 7.5.

Now, this is Live Messenger, but the process is exactly the same (the layout and such)

I don't get that "What's Hot" section. All I get is "My Winks". :|
