It has a high-tech engine, 1.5L Straight-4, Supercharged with an electric motor. Expect a power boost when it gets to GT one day...

So it would just be upgraded by you in the game?

What does that have to do with anyone else getting the car and keeping stock?

I think he means either a) expect me to upgrade the engine if/when the car arrives on GT, or b) expect this car's engine to be very modifiable if/when it arrives on GT.

In 2012, M-TEC released 300 limited tuned CR-Z in Azure Blue Metallic. They used a centrifugal-type supercharger to gain power. We can experience a strong acceleration in the whole speed range with it and IMA hybrid system. Both of front and rear spoilers are adjustable and help gain a downforce.

CR-Z Mugen RZ was first sold on 26th November, 2012. I had suggested the same car and had the suggestion merged into this one.
