Multi-Monitor Support for Custom Tracks

The title pretty much says it all. I'd like the multi-screen rig to provide a driving view and a replay view.

(This request is made based on the GT5 implementation, where custom track views are limited to the server's monitor.)

Multi-monitor is awesome, and no doubt Custom Tracks will also be awesome, the combo would be Awesome Squared!
