As it is now there is one vote per poll or with the multiple option the possibility to vote for as many options as you wish.

Is it possible to add an option to add a limitation in how many votes you get with multiple choice?

That's what I discovered curveball, I try again:

Any person who can program the GTP forum, can you add an option to limit multiple choice to a selectable number of votes.

At least in Photoshop comps it is now often polls with 10-20+ options and it would probably be an appreciated feature there.

That is technically possible, but it's something that the developers of the code behind GTP would need to look at.

Ok Giles, thanks. I'll post a question in the comps forum to see the general opinion there so you can get a base for if it is worth the effort to include this.

You'll need to go to the vBulletin developers to see if they will include that feature in a future version. I don't plan on making any code modifications to the site.

Thanks Jordan. I'm slowly getting a grip of how this whole GTP/site/vbulletin thing is organised.

I'll throw a question there and see how it goes.

[edit] question posted to Vbulletin, I'll let you know what their answer is

It would be awesome if that were included in hte next version of VBulliten. (I have often wondered that myself, but, not knowing and programming language beyond the basics of C++ and HTML, have not brought it up...)

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your feature request to vBulletin. We find that
our clients often have the best ideas when it comes to new features for
vBulletin and as such we invite suggestions, both via this system and in
the vBulletin Community Forums [ http://www.vbulletin.com/forum ]. We take all suggestions
into account when determining the feature set for new versions but unfortunately
we cannot confirm whether a particular feature will be included in a version.

Please let me know if you require any further assistance.

All the best,
Martin Erwin

This is what I got in return from them so I guess it's just wait and see..
