I have two DSD OSW button panels.

I can program them just fine. The problem is when I shut down and reboot, most of the time, my assignments are switched.

BY that I mean that button box on the left has the assignments of the right hand side box and vice versa.

Does anyone know how to prevent that from happening. I am constantly having to re program my buttons.....

I tried contacting DSD direct....absolutely no help.....just told me not their problem.....

Are they connected to a USB hub?

It's how windows is assigning them in the device order which shouldn't change if you don't change USB sockets but a hub might. I believe there is software which lets you change the automatic assignments though, I can't remember what it's called though.

I do have them connected to an external hub. If I bought a pcie dual channel usb hub and connected each box to a separate channel, do you think that might work?

Not sure lots of people saying it's a windows 10 issue but mine never change.

Edit: Ok found it, it's called JoyID and should let you change and keep them on the same windows ID.
