Multiple License Test Prizes?

Say after i complete a license test and get an overall rating of bronze (and get the bronze prize car) ... can i go back and try to change some of my bronze and silver trophies to silver or gold to win the silver and gold prize car?

did i word that too confusingly?
 
Now just remember to not get rid of some of the cars that you get as a prize because you cannot buy them back or win them again i.e: Nissan GT-R concept (Tokyo Show), or the Ford T-Model or the Acura DN-X

well theres some that can be buyed, like the mercury cougar XR-7(for the NA Version of the game) in the historic car showroom or the Volksawagen Lupo 1.4 (not sur about it)

^^^ What s/he is saying is that some, not all, of the prize cars shouldn't be sold.

I think there the cars that they know can be sold I think the rest or most of them shouldn't be. There shouldn't be much reason sellin any due to the easy ability to earn money and I think you can hold 1000 cars in the garage when theres only about 700 cars in the game so if your not sure just don't sell any.

Yes you can get multiple cars for achieving better test scores. I went through the tests twice -- the first time I got mostly bronze in all of them and walked away with the prize cars for achieving bronze status. I then went back through and got all of the bronzes turned into silvers (in some cases gold) and walked away with the prize cars for achieving silver status. I figure one of these days, I will go thru and get those silvers turned into gold 👍
