Multiple Paint Packs

I've purchased an additional paint pack today and did the usual to obtain it (I bought the 2.02 DLC with it). I got my 2.02 Cars, but no paints?

In the DLC Red Arrow on the initial screen, It shows it as installed, but it's not. I already purchased a Complete pack (a while ago), and wanted to have an extra set of paints.

Any ideas on how to make it appear besides contacting Sony?
 
I have been wanting to buy extra paints as well but was afraid this very thing might happen... Calling them is never fun or quick but it's often the only way to get a response.
 
I bought an extra set a while ago. Did you install it in the DLC menu? If there is only one paint pack, means you didnt do something right.
 
I bought it (Paints) with the new 4-car pack. Both showed in the DLC screen, and the Cars needed to be installed, but the paints was not an option. It showed as already installed(as if it already did).
 
Were there two paint packs though on the DLC screen?
 
Well something similar happened to me, I never got my Concept II but I got my 2 paint packs... :P anyone help?

I bought a 2nd set of paints aswell and had no problems. I think your issue was doing the 2 things at once might have confused GT5.

No. But there wasn't the old tracks, cars, and gear from my complete pack. If everything was there, I'd understand. What appeared is what I bought last night, the paints were already "installed" as it said. When I go to my items list, I only have 1 of most paints (I used one from the last pack).
 
Well that sucks. I almost did the same thing, glad I held off. And sorry I have no fix, just to say thanks for the heads up.
 
That's interesting... I had almost the opposite happen to me. Previously I had bought two full DLC packages, I did this by accident because I didn't know how to activate the DLC stuff.

So anyway, I had opened one of my DLC paint packages prior to this latest upgrade, so I had them all in my items list. After adding the new 'family use DLC' add ons, I then received another copy of ALL the packages, including the paints.

So, now in my DLC thing, I have unused Paint items, in my suitcase thing, I have two sets of all the DLC paints...
