Hi all at GT Planet.

First off ive been reading your forum since gt5 cme out but never thought of joining up as all my questions seem to get answered (eventually) by fellow GT Planeteers.

Anyway here's my question. I was reading the official gt6 website & saw this in the list of features under online.

(Open Lobby). It is possible to create an open room for up to 16 players to enjoy online racing. You can either create your own room or join an existing room. Now it is also possible to set up multiple races in sequence.

Now its this bit that seems to have been overlooked by everyone on here. (Multiple races in sequence).

Ive looked everywhere to find information about this but everyone's to busy moaning about updates this & bugs that.

Have I missed an option somewhere in the game because I cant seem to setup multiple races at all & the official website says nothing of it being a added feature, it makes out its available out the box.
 
I could be wrong but I think what multiple races in sequence means is you can set a timer when creating the room to have races start in certain intervals. Let's say you set the timer to 5 minutes; after a race ends, another would automatically start in 5 minutes. This way you don't have to keep pressing the start race button. The race would just automatically start itself. I hope this is what you are referring to.
 
Thanks for the reply jeasy, but I dont think it means that as that option was in gt5 aswell,
And its highlighted like its a new feature to gt6.

The way its worded makes its sound more like the ability to set up a multI track event, as in 5 different tracks without having a vote or changing manually. Like a championship or something.
 
Oh ok I see what your getting at now. I haven't seen that either but now that you mention it, I will definitely keep an eye out for it.
 
Hopefully the mods or someone with a bit of inside info could shed some light on it, because im out of ideas as to what PD are referring to when they say multiple Race's in sequence.
 
I have no idea what they are referring to. But I do get a bit suspicious when a feature isn't even mentioned in the official online manual...makes me think it's not there. Possibly coming in an update?
 
The multiple races thing might be part of the community update. And it hasn't been released yet.
 
It could well be Eran. But as I said previously its not written in the (coming in a future update column). It does sound like it should already be here. Anyway what a feature that'll be setting up 5 or 10 race championships. With points system as well. That would do alot for online playability.
