A quick suggestion regarding the PM system: If you send a message to multiple recipients, the list of recipients is separated with a comma, but the New PM format requires a semicolon.
Whilst I'm not suggesting you implement a "reply to all" function, could you change the delimiter in the View Message screen? Then one could copy/paste the recipient list into a new message without any of that tedious swapping of commas for semicolons.
