Ok I read this news article about Weight/Obese Concern in the :uk:

Anyway I was wondering. you know if people are Overweight because of excess Fat? Can the same health risks apply for excess Muscle? :barbell: Eg if someone bodybuilds and is mostly muscle and very little fat would they be considered overweight?

And do the same health risks apply? Strain on the heart etc...:magnify:

Very little fat is always a bad thing, you always want about medium fat at all times. Your muscles use fat and sugar at the same time for energy. Once the fat is too low, the muscle will slow down and they might even stop, and thats never good. That's why you see huge bodybuldiers with taking a pill of Weight Gain 3000 and carbs(sugar) with every meal.
As for strain on the heart i'm not sure, but its not likely. If they did all that work to get their muscles stronger, there heart must be stronger too.

i think 11-15 % is ideal

Ah good points there... Thanks  Just I'm planning to bodybuild big style and don't want to wreck my health :D
