I am really confused about what the museum cards are there for. Could anyone tell me why they are there and what we can do with them?

They're just there. We're supposed to be interested in their low-quality photos and 140-character Tweets, but nobody really cares. Sure, you might find five or ten people who claim to like them, but the other 99.9999% of players just don't care.

Nobody really cares about them but there is some people who likes to collect Museum cards. Personally I would only read a museum card on a car I like to drift and drive with for example the Nissan 300ZX. It's just a paragraph or two about the history of the car e.g who created it, how it formed, how it got developed over time...etc

Basically it's snippets of history about the automotive industry... unfortunately all of the information is readily available on the internet and you don't have to do a pointless collection game to find all the information.

In short, padding that would have been /mildly/ interesting in the 90s when dial up was a thing. However in an age where I can bring up fords history in as long as it takes for me to type the company name and click twice it's a pointless feature.
