Museum of Automotive Cards open or close for GT6?

Gran Turismo 5 features a museum that contains cards, recieved when signed-in. Surely Gran Turismo comes with a lot of technical information. Why have such information on excluded cars when you can't purchase or drive them?

I know right it has the E30 M3, E30 318 and 320 but none are actually included in the game

Instead of Museum , they should make loading screens with cars ads.
For example if you want to do a race with Ferraris , loading screen should be a Ferrari ad & a few information about this company !

I'm actually really liking the idea of using the museum cards you've acquired as loading screens. With so many cards bound to be available it would be a fantastic way to make the wait to get into GT Auto or the UCD that much more bearable.
