Hi Racers - With 3 races behind us, I think we have a more clear picture as to how to shape the handicap for the MX-5 Cup. I'm putting up this poll to allow the racers to decide which system will be implemented for the next race. The options are -
1. Use the average over time system shown on the sheet below. (Results in the far right column.)
2. Use only the results from the last race to determine the handicap (Column titled race 3 handicap below)
3. Use the results from race 3, with an adjustment for the implemented handicap in race 3. (Far right column on the sheet below)
As you can see, the average over time method provides for a more even implementation of the handicap, whereas the last race results make it more extreme. I'm OK with either one, but I'm also including an option in the poll to vote for elimination of the handicap.
Simply vote for the method you favor, this poll will close in 24 hours. 👍
