This is from awhile back, its in storage, but I found these old pics on my computer.
Previous owner was a redneck retard and took out the power steering. :dunce:
Custom exhaust, no cat, no muffler. The turbo keeps the volume on it low, it sounds just slightly louder than stock. The chrome tip is on there to prevent my bumper from burning off. Its been switched out with a better looking one.
Custom intake.
Tokiko shocks and springs, lowered about 1-1.5 inches.
Engine bay has been cleaned up, dont have all that **** floating around on top of the engine.
Has new clutch, new interior, short shifter, 10 disc cd changer and all new speakers.
Swapped in CRX SI seats, alot better than the stockers.
Greddy turbo timer.
Just purchased and installed a new turbo (stock).
New clutch.
Just had it up on the rack the other day and noticed that the frame rails are getting really bad.(Rust commom problem with the older z's)
Still deciding wether to redo the frame rails, or take out the engine, part out the rest and put the L28et into a 240z.
Anyways, all comments are welcome.

Hahaha, 280ZX's prone to rust? You must be joking! (Check my "Project Log" thread to get the sarcasm here)

Nice car. Don't put the motor into a 240, restore the 280 - Nobody's got ZX's that're nice anymore, they're all stripped for parts and left to die in boneyards.

My sentiments exactly. Too many are just gutted and left for dead…. Although come to think of it, in a few years that may just up the value of mine..

Anyway, the car is looking really good.

Thanks for the comments guys..I know what you guys are saying, trust me I would really love to keep her.

Her frame rails really are bad. Im talking almost bad enough for me not to drive her. Im not sure how or who to go to that will fix her. Unfortunatly Im going to be caught up in work here pretty soon and shes going to be garaged permanatly in the winter. Hopefully then I can get them done..but I said this last year too.

Ghost- I bought my car in Fayetteville back in '00. I know of a great yard near there. Had 3-4 s130's, two of which are turbo (one of which I have the swastica wheels..hehehe..). Also there is a few 240-280z's there. That was six years ago, but you never know..
