My account suspended?

I dont think my account is suspended but I tried going to this link :

And it gave me this error :

Sage you wouldn't happen to know why the graphics for the buttons on the top of the screen aren't working?>? Only the "Welcome" tab is showing. You can still click on them, but it would be nice to see "Gran Turismo 4" in a shiny metallic button.

Our server's been having some trouble this evening which probably caused the button not to load. It is there in all its glory, now.
