my ad hoc party doesn't work

I can't connect to anyone. The guy said he created a room for sharing cars so I try to connect and it says all the rooms are empty. We tried this the other way around and he says I didn't come up on his psp. So what's wrong with my ad hoc party?

forgot to mention, nobody friggin plays this game. instead, everybody plays that stupid monster hunter. seriously, i'm sick of it.

wth.....lol...i m glad u got a ps3, but i don't have a ps3....i can't go online T^T
