My clock (on GTP) is wrong

I have it set for what it is supposed to be (Eastern Australian Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time - whatever it is, I forget) but it is half an hour fast. I'm not talking about the clock on the taskbar, I'm talking about the time on GTP. Does anyone know what to do?

:?:

It was about 7 minutes off from atomic time, but that should be fixed now. Are you still 30 minutes fast?

I've found for as long as I've been here that the clock is stuck to Australian Eastern Standard Daylight Saving Time, which is an hour ahead of what it is at the moment (which of course wouldn't affect you Eddy).

That half hour difference is odd, though.

Actually, I had it set on Adelaide & Darwin. I just set it to Eastern Australian Standard Time and it is now an hour fast.

Hmmm...I think eddy said it best - I'm not exactly sure why that would be happening.
