Got a Thrustmaster T500RS Integral Ferrari F1 wheel for Xmas.

Already had the X Rocker Pro 2.1 Wireless gaming chair.

Took me and my pops 2 days to build it and its perfect and comfy about 50$ in materials. I still have to figure out how to finish the top. Carpet was left overs and free so I guess I'll call it the Shaggin Wagon.

That's awesome!im trying to build a rig also "F1 style",Those rocker chairs work great...

Nice rig, but didn't you get the stock T500 wheel with it as well? Or can you buy the F1 wheel seperate?

The Ferrari F1 wheel came with it, no standard round wheel included. You can buy the standard wheel package and then buy the Ferrari wheel separate but I got the package with the Ferrari wheel.

Nice rig! I got the same t500 rs wheel as you, im looking for the gt wheel kit to buy. but you only buy it directly from thrustmaster:( now i wish i would have bought the gt wheel t500 and f1 add on later!

That makes more sense.

Quite the nice solid wheel stand and platform you put together!
My first sim "chair" was a rocker too! Enjoy your setup!

Great rig, it reminds me of my first build. My first rig didn't turn out as nice as yours. My prediction is that this won't be your last rig, building them is almost as fun as racing them.

Thanks everyone!

We built it up higher so my dad could play with it as well when he wanted to, he's getting older and has back issues, since I got the wheel and pedals on Xmas I had it set up on a board between two chairs until we could build the rig, he has been playing as much as me but it was hard for him to get up and down off the floor. The top of the rocker is the same height as a dining room chair so he has no issues now.
