My Drift Video is ready for downloading!

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! That was extremely good! All my work thus far is for naught, gonna go play more. Gotta rethink my whole video strategy so it doesn't end up looking like utter crap when compared to this. I want presentable crap, not utter crap.

Pause -> Replay Settings -> Car with music notes (will set to Automatic) for action shots sync'd with the soundtracks.

Mentioned a couple posts back include the trick to stop changing camera shots automatically by ejecting the disc.

hey I did it today!!!
the cd eject trick

first set your replay option into the one with the notes around the car then when the replay starts quickly eject the cd now you can change camera views any time you want and if you leave it in one view it stays there the whole time.:D
 
for me when i do it. i can do evreything and angles, but when i try rebooting it *sometimes* does not work. im scared that my PS2 is going to break:( :irked:
 
OOOOOOOMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGG........wow....tthats all i can say right now.....I laughed the whole time during that video(in a good way:) I was in disbelief). I kept saying..."oh my god".....VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY good video my friend :D :D :D :D damn....its as simple as that....DAMN!
 
This video reminds me of Metropolis Street Racer for the Dreamcast. Too bad the CD trick will never work over there haha

correct just put back the disk in before the replay is done and it should go back to normal.
 
I had no prob when i ejected the cd and closed it again, even if I closed after the replay was over and the ps2 needed to read the cd. I only used the trick while I was makin the video, just in case. But man, after lookin at those angles, how can u resist not leaving it open :)
 
ahh..I tried the disk-removal-trick-thing and it was pretty sweet. One question though...the cool camera angles only seem to stay for a couple seconds before they switch to a different angle..how can I get them to stay for longer...like more than one corner?

i was doing it last night, just eject the cd sometime, then change the view once. leave the cd open the whole time yur watching the replay and you can change the camera to wutever you want and it wont change until you hit x ;D

i had that same problem but if you d/L the new divX and play it with that and it will work.
 
lol all you have to do is set the replay to manual..Then press X to show the behind car view and use left and right to change the angles..

we arent just talking about "standard" views on replays. We're talking about the good/best angle views only available on the Music replay. watch the vid first and you'll see.
 
Good Job on the video, the 360's were executed very smoothly. I guess now I have some competition :D

I guess It's time for me to get off the computer and bust out the PS2... time for 360 drift with FR car.... doing a 360 with an AWD car is a lot easier because the front wheels will correct the angle of the car coming out of the turn... which is why you can drift for soooo long and sideways with them. Although it is still not exactly easy... good job on the video man, keep up the good work~!!!!

thx but i don't know what ur talkin about finally having some competition. I'm still far behind cudaman so if u want a challenge, do the drift competition with him. He'll drift blindfolded wearing mittens and using only one hand.
