for my caterham kit car i ordered a BMW 3.2 litre straight-six direct from germany. after emailing my contact he said it will arrive saturday. just thought i would share it with everyone. as soon as the car is finished i`ll post pictures of it.
 
Will it fit?? What I have seen of the kits, the I-4's barely fit.

Also what color? Who did you get your kit from ect... You painted it blue right?? ;)

yeh after some modifications to the engine bay it will fit. i will be painting it le mans blue. i got the kit off a cousin, who actually got it off his mate but my cousin does not have a clue about them so for a small price he gave it to me.
 
A 3.2L BMW in a small Caterham kit car? ZZzzziiiiiiippppppppp, Might want to get a full face helmet, though, to keep the bugs off your teeth when you're grinning.

How long does it take to put one of these together? I looked at kits, but probably don't quite have the skill for one.
 
Most kits are bolt together. Especially the caterhams. You could probably do it easily, it just would take you more time.
