This week has been spring break for me and all i have done, day and night, is either stay on the computer, or play ps2, all day.

I noticed that last night, my left eye was hurting when i close my eyelids, sort of like the pain of touching a bruise. Today, while i was playing, my right eye started to hurt also. Another thing that has been different for me this week is when im going to bed. Ive been going to sleep around 4:00-6:00A.M and ill sleep to around 11A.M.

After looking in the mirror, my eyes are also pretty bloodshot

Is this pain caused by staring at tv and computer screens to long and different sleeping habits?

Yes. Go do something outside, for God's sake.

lol.

I would like to get some sleep, as im tired as hell, but i procrastinated a project due on monday, and for some reason i want too work on it now because i know, i am not going to get any work done this afternoon because ill be too lazy.

Yeah, go outside man, its not good to stay inside for weeks on end.

Maybe TDU is too addicting? :D
Easy, go outside :)

lol, it has been. Ive been playing it every chance i get, which is basically all day. I even gave up checking gtplanet every 3 seconds like i usually do (save for the TDU topic :D), which is an amazement of its own for me.

this afternoon will be spent on my project. Hopefully i wont procrastinate though. Its always like this, me at one time will say "ok, tommorow im going to go for a jog, and do my homework right when i get home", then me when it comes time to do it will say "I'm to tired to run, and my homework can wait until 8:00". I hate my other self, lol

If anyone has noticed, ive posted like every other post in the TDU thread when im on. Im also quite addicted, possibly the most addicting game ive ever come across. :ouch: I gotta do 2 projects for school in the next 2 weeks, so i gotta get out of this addiction. But remember you just rented the game; i bought it.

same here, thats why i didn't post after you did around 1:40 i think it was, to stop having a post every other time.

If only you could give yourself a temp ban on the ps2. I was thinking about doing that for gtp so id get my project done, but i want to be able to see the poll for the photomode tourney.

This game is a definite must for the next thing i am going to buy. I wish they had at least added a type or mic feature so once i reach the person ive been chasing around the map to just find out what they're driving, i can talk to them.

to tell you the truth i had no hopes for this game, i just got it because it was 2 games for $10 at blockbuster and i couldn't find anything else

My eyes only react that way on certain games.
But it's a proven fact that if you're concentrating on the game all the time you hardly blink your eyes, which causes them to dry out over time.
The blood is a side effect of that i believe, but i'm not sure.

It's good to blink once in a while.

You need UV rays.

Top tip: phone doctor. :sly:

surprisingly, the pain went away, but my eyes are still pretty bloodshot.

I took a break from gaming last night and got some decent sleep. I also started on my project, but still haven't made much of any progress

Give your eyes a rest, eyestrain is fairly common with big gaming sessions.
