Dear Doug,
I am sorry for the thread, and problems stemming from, I started yesterday. I realize it was highly unprofessional and insulting. I regret starting such a thread, and I can only say that it was a dim moment in thought that lead up to it.
First off, Mista X is a complete idiot and I moreso for listening to anything he has to say. I don't know what I was thinking when I was listening to him and his crap, but I was wrong.
I don't know what you want me to do as retribution...give up my moderator status? I'll do it. I should have done it a long time ago, I just happen to have my own forum here and even though it's a bit of a failure it's still here. I'll delete it if necessary. I'm not even a good moderator. I rarely do anything to help anyone, I ignore the Report to Moderator E-mail notifications I get, and I don't actively review threads.
Doug, you were one of the first people I talked to online that I still talk to. Sure, it's just the internet, but that says a lot. I value what you say and even if I'm a bit difficult or single minded, I understand what you say on different topics.
Hopefully we can put this behind us and just forget about it. Again, I'm sorry and it was pathetic of me to do something like that.

Well it was a joke but Doug didn't find it funny so I felt it necessary to write this appology.

I suggest we implement one of those new fangled PM systems. I hear they work real good on them other forums.

I want an informal apology for having to read this.
 
Trust me Ryan - I didn't take anywhere near as much offense as I stated. Today I got some horrible news and it's affected my mood today and surely will for months to come. Taking things for granted - there's something we should never do. Think about it.
