If you look close you will notice the interior is also 2002 Trans Am just like I have in my 69 Camaro. I installed the 2002 dash and console. I also built the gauge pod and he covered it with carbon fiber. The rest of the interior he did himself and with the help of a few others. The engine is just jaw dropping beautiful in person.

Too bad that engine and interior wasn't dropped in a 1967-1969 Camaro. I can't stand the 1970's and early 1980's ('80-'81) Camaros. I'm going to do the 2002 TA interior swap in my 3rd gen. A much better looking interior than what came in it.

I also dont care much for the 70 Camaros but his is an exception. Actually the only Camaro I do like is the 69. I dont like any of the other Camaros. I dont even care much for the 67-68. Completely different body style than the 69.
Oh if you do the 4th gen swap for the interior let me know and I can hook you up with that gauge pod to fit the 5" gauges. It bolts right into the 4th gen dash. I did his dash and console conversion the same day and it took about 6 hours.
ALso keep in mind that interior is from a 2002 TRANS AM. Not a Camaro. Its the same dash and console I have in my 69 Camaro.

That's the interior I'm getting--2000-2002 TA. Only the A-pillars and rear seats need to be altered to get to work. 2 of the 3 people I've talked to that have done a 4th gen interior swap to a 3rd gen kept the 3rd gen rear seats. 👍

Oh, you don't even like 3rd gens? :(

I was one of the very first people quite possibly THE very first person to successfully swap the 4th gen dash into an old car. I did it at least 3-4 years ago but I was planning it for over 6 years. I was even planning it before I even bought my 69 Camaro. Same with the interior. I definetly know I was the first person to sucessfully install the 4th gen rear seats, seatbelts, and everything into an older car and they are all fully functional. The front seats are almost a direct bolt in so thats nothing. BUt to get those rear bucket seats installed and have a rear seat that folds down was something I never seen anyone do. Now more and more people are doing it because it just makes sense. Old interior just plain sucks and modern feels soo good! Keeping the rear 3rd gen seats in there is definetly the easiest way to go and it looks good.
When I said I didnt like the other year camaros I just mean I the 69 is my favorite. I dont have any hate toward any car at all no matter what it is. I can appreciate any hard work people put into cars. :) I have been working on cars for at least 15 years.

Who cares what year that one is? It's a frigging beaut! Nice car, nice work! The dash suits the car perfectly!
