Here's the story:
I got a wanted level near Alderney State Correctional Facility prison. When I was on the parking space next to it, cops started jumping down the prison brickwork and getting into cars that were parked there. As soon as one started using the forklift, I begun to record, you can see the rest in the video. You can also see cars swarmed with 4 cops in 1 and even more of them jumping lemmings style down the prison wall, then stealing civillian cars and joining the party. Good times.
