My G25 is dead. Long live my G25

So the other day my pedals and buttons did no longer work on my G25. I have a spare brand new G25, which I used for a couple of days.

Yesterday I had some time to investigate. Turned out that a wire broke.

I soldered a wire to the left part and put some solder on the wire that I pushed into the white connector.
Gaffe tape on it and ready for operation.

The wheel is from 2006. I am still amazed with the build quality of Logitech wheels. The are build, with some TLC, to last forever.
 
RIP. Kudos to it in serving you for so long.

Now, it's time to a buy a new modern wheel for Christmas. :)

If you can, buy a new G25 again, granting that Logitech still makes it or maybe a G27. :lol:
